Training
Besides offering general courses and training-on the job, each client-related activity is the subject of advance training. According to demand this training ranges from written information/telephone briefing, to e-learning to
class room training.
Quality Assurance
Each project is assigned a European account manager and project manager in the respective countries.
Daily reporting of KPIs helps us to monitor and control the performance in the field. Our target is to provide clients with commercially valuable information
Area managers, team-leaders and help-desks place us in a position to support our staff on the road and to react immediately. We are able to bring matters of concern to the attention of clients at a very early stage enabling them to take decisions
Reporting
Using leading edge technology – PDAs, smart phone, digital pens, online-tools - for data capture, gives us the advantage of build-in validation techniques to minimise input errors.
Harmonized web-reporting in all required languages including uploaded photographs or signatures are common practice. High-end solutions showing real-time activity progress and including interfaces to client IT (e.g. ERP-systems) can be provided.
